Office Visits

Please complete online checking prior to appointment. We understand traffic can slow you down and we do allow a 20 minute “grace” period. If you are late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Since many of our services are driven by your insurance plan, it is imperative to bring your insurance card with you to your appointment. If you do not have your insurance card, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment or you may have the option of paying for the services at the time of the visit.

We see patients by appointment only unless there is an urgent medical situation. We will work hard to honor your appointment time and intend to keep you informed of any delay. Should your physician be called away for a delivery or medical emergency, you will be offered the option of rescheduling your appointment, waiting to see your physician, or seeing another provider who is available in the office. Please be assured that all of our providers offer the same excellent level of service.
