Karen Creed, M.D., FACOG

Dr. Karen Creed has been a member of Women’s Health Associates Group since 2011, bringing her expertise, dedication, and compassionate approach to the care of women throughout Atlanta. She specializes in high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive gynecological procedures. Dr. Creed is passionate about helping women navigate both routine and complex health concerns with personalized, patient-centered care.

Dr. Creed earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Carolina Central University before pursuing her medical degree at East Carolina University. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Texas Southwestern, and as a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology awarded Top Docs in 2020 and 2025 and Exceptional Women In Medicine in 2023.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Creed has contributed to research on fibroid tumors at the National Institutes of Health. Her dedication to excellence has been recognized with honors, such as Atlanta’s Top Docs award in 2020.

Beyond her practice, Dr. Creed is deeply involved in community outreach. She has served as a provider and clinic leader at free clinics, tutored and mentored at-risk youth, and provided medical aid in rural areas affected by natural disasters. Her passion for service shines through in every aspect of her work.

Dr. Creed was born and raised in Dallas, North Carolina. Outside of medicine, she enjoys painting, drawing, cooking, dining out, traveling, and spending time with family.
